The Aloe Vera plant has been used for thousands of years as an herbal remedy for the skin, digestion, the reproductive system and a detoxifier. Although there are over 400 species of aloe, Aloe Vera, which means true aloe has several health benefits for internal and external use.

Aloe gel is commonly used to treat skin conditions such as burns, eczema, and cuts. For burns the aloe will reduce redness and heat, as well as soothing and easing the pain of the burn. When you have a cut, the aloe gel acts like a bandage and prevents infection by increasing the healing process. For other skin conditions such as eczema, Aloe Vera gel decreases the inflammation and reduces itching sensations.

In addition to its external use, Aloe Vera juice has shown increasing health benefits internally. Aloe Vera juice is extracted from the leaf allowing the juice to drip out and then cutting the leaf vertically and taking out the pulp.

Aloe Vera contains 12 vitamins, 18 amino acids, and 20 minerals. Aloe juice contains minerals such as calcium, sodium, iron, potassium, chromium, magnesium, manganese, copper, and zinc.  It also contains Vitamins A, B1, B2, B6, B12, C and E, Folic Acid and Niacin. The body needs regular doses of vitamins, minerals and amino acids that it cannot produce itself. Therefore we need to get them from our food or supplements. By drinking aloe juice daily you can get all the nutrients the body needs. These are essential to bodily function and health, therefore making aloe juice a vital supplement. Moreover Aloe Vera has the ability to clean the liver, improve the digestive tract and cleanses the reproductive system.

Aloe Vera juice has supplementary benefits to the body as a whole.  Drink aloe juice daily to improve dental hygiene. Aloe is very beneficial for the mouth and gums due to the acidity in saliva. Aloe benefits the immune system by improving immune function and support. This gives the body added energy to maintain high functioning. While cleansing the digestive tract of toxic and unhealthy foods the body can absorb the nutrient rich aloe juice. This also helps to maintain a healthy body weight. As a whole aloe juice cleanses and rejuvenates the body and is beneficial to daily function.
